Always a pleasure to shop here. Quick and priority access, huge range of good brands, I already have recommended everyone I know to visit the place. It was a hidden gem, that's great that I discovered the place during sales. I am a happy puppy . During these tough times also, the staff there ensures safety. One must go there if you want to avoid the crowd. Happy and safe shopping.

HORROR....despite prior reservation, you have to wait. After 45 minutes of waiting, at the same time security was admitting people without a reservation. I resigned. I will not allow myself to be humiliated for a few euros. Nobody cares about safety rules. No distance, a few people without protective masks. This store lost the sign of being exclusive within a few years. Maybe his new place should be in Molenbek or near the North Station.

Worst experience. Aggressive staff. They had a problem with the baby's sack and allergy pack, made a fuss and public embarrassing. No social distancing is respected. Too expensive for the humility you have to endure.
