The staff were the only nice thing about this experience. Everything else was a masterclass in failure. They have an ordering screen that apparently doubles as a decorative black mirror, since it’s never actually on. Half the menu was missing, but they kept that a secret because putting a note on that useless screen would be too logical. Can someone riddle me how a cafe inside of a supermarket runs out of tuna mayo.?To top it off, the place needs a deep clean, and the cutlery came with complimentary crusty food from whoever last used them. Staff rude and unhelpful, food cold, restaurant was a mess most tables were not cleared and clean the entire time we were there. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
