Ash Fireworks Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. The ambiance is incredibly calm, and a special shout-out to the receptionist who was attentive from start to finish. We started with the truffle fries, which were delicious! However, the timing of the main courses was a bit off; my peppercorn seared fillet arrived well before my husband’s Wagyu risotto. He waited nearly 15 minutes for his dish, though it did arrive steaming hot and was very tasty. Despite the wait, it’s a lovely restaurant overall. The best food I've tried, and the quality of the dishes is very high. The steak is absolutely delicious, and so is the tacos.
