I had it two years ago. The chef and staff didn’t respect my eating habit at all. I was shocked cuz I told them I can’t do pork they still bring it to me and pretend nothing happened. Worst eating experience in Japan! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ¥10,000+ Dietary restrictions: They don’t care about your food allergy

We booked dinner sets for 6 with pre-orders for 3 Pork loin and 3 beef cheeks. We also ordered a botttle of Hokkaido Red wine. Excellent service and great ambience to celebrate a birthday. We came here for lunch in mid-April. The restaurant prides itself with using Hokkaido produce using French techniques. We had the middle range set menu, which has the grilled pork loin. Everything on the menu was perfect, we absolutely had no notes. The carrot crostini was divine, the winter potato purée was pure perfection, the pork loin was out of this world, and lastly the milk sorbet was not something like I have ever had before. MILK. SORBET! How! If you are in Hokkaido next, I would highly recommend for you all to travel to Biei and visit ASPERGES. Absolutely phenomenal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Recommended dishes: Homemade Marshmallow, Seasonal 20 Vegetable Salad
