Visited Aspic while on vacation in Paris with my boyfriend and his sister and her boyfriend. Coursed menu with wine pairing. All of the food was fantastic. My favorites were the tomato/peach gazpacho and the tuna steak (pictured). Service was attentive and very welcoming. I did a ton of research for a fancy coursed dinner and Aspic is very well-priced for the quality. Wine pairing was a lot of fun and the sommelier was attentive and welcoming of questions. Incredible wines. You can tell the chef, staff, and somolier care about and get excited by what they do. Aspic is a great place for a lovely, well-paced, intimate, and enjoyable dinner in Paris. Get a reservation as it's small. Everything we ate was unique and delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent food and service! We ordered the 7 course tasting menu and were impressed by creative and unexpected flavor combinations. Every dish was beautifully presented. My personal favorites were the duck and the dessert. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy haute cuisine in a nice and cozy atmosphere.
