Very good bakery. An airy traditional grain, just the way we like it, real good bread. Pains au chocolat and other flaky pastries, "au soleil" deserves its title of best croissant/best pain au chocolat. The croissants filled with vanilla cream are also original. The cookie is very soft. The only downside to the giant cookie is that as much as the caramel enhances it, the nutella (?) makes it heavy and spoils the flavors a little.
