Last night I attended an event at this club, and I’m sure I’ll never go back. The entire staff is trained to try to take advantage of people as much as possible. The waiters kept pressuring us to meet the minimum spending requirement right from the start of our visit, even though I kept telling them we’d order drinks as we went along, not all at once. When I went to the restroom, a staff member handed me a napkin to wipe my hands and asked if I’d “give him something.” Also, when it came time to pay, the receipt showed a correct amount, but the payment was processed with a 15% tip already added, without even asking me. They tried all these tricks on me, a local, but for a foreigner, it would definitely be a very unpleasant experience. Be careful! Price per person: lei 200+ Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bună ziua, Vă mulțumim pentru feedback și ne pare rău că experiența dumneavoastră nu a fost una plăcută. Dorim însă să menționăm că evenimentul la care ați participat nu a fost organizat de echipa AUMA. Locația a fost închiriată exclusiv pentru seara respectivă, iar personalul care a deservit evenimentul a aparținut organizatorului. În aceste situații, AUMA pune la dispoziție spațiul, însă nu își poate asuma responsabilitatea pentru eventualele neplăceri cauzate de personalul, politicile comerciale sau modul de desfășurare al evenimentului organizat de terți. Regretăm că această experiență v-a lăsat o impresie negativă și sperăm să aveți ocazia să descoperiți AUMA într-un context organizat direct de echipa noastră. Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere!
