This bar is a hidden gem offering unique and excellent cocktails. Good to see that the owners have customized the bar with pieces from local artists. I highly recommend if you like craft cocktails and mixology, you will not be disappointed. They also speak both English and Japanese.

My wife and I stumbled upon Avarice as we were searching for cocktail bars in Sendai. We walked in before their official opening this week and had a great experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere in the bar is great. Cocktails are inventive and well executed. A must stop if you’re in Sendai and looking for an elevated cocktail experience. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
