Smoothie Bar

Hi Alicia! I'm so sorry to hear this. We do try our absolutely hardest to create a fun, welcoming, and positive guest experience. I did speak with our crew working yesterday and she mentioned it was the perfect storm of a bunch of people coming in the shop all at the same time. I understand your frustration completely - we're definitely not as quick as a fast food spot. I'm happy to hear there was lots of action in the shop during our off-season, but do feel bad we couldn't get your order started right away. Our goal is always to give the best guests experience and sorry you caught us at a bad moment. We hope you give us a second chance and can turn your impression of us around and do hope you did enjoy your order once you got it. Please email me directly chris@axfit.com and I can share a coupon code with you to come try again! Please also let me know about your feedback on the parking. We're always striving to improve and hope you can understand!
