Формат понятный и приятный - кафе-пекарня новой волны с акцентом на свежую выпечку и спешелти-кофе. Меню очень простое и понятное: завтраки весь день, салаты, немного горячих позиций. Всё читается быстро, без лишних сложностей.
Зашли ради маритоццо и не зря. Это римская сладкая булочка с лимонным кремом и взбитыми сливками. И вот здесь всё сошлось.
Тесто мягкое, воздушное, с лёгкой сладостью и ароматом цедры. Не пустое, не сухое. Крем нежный, не приторный, лимон даёт баланс и убирает тяжесть сливок. Важный момент - структура держится, крем не плывёт, булочка остаётся аккуратной до последнего укуса. Это редкость.
Выпечка в целом выглядит уверенно: фокачча, тартин, хлеб на закваске, разные булочки, есть и классика, и интересные позиции.
Итог простой - 5 из 5. Отличный выбор под кофе или какао, особенно если нравятся цитрусовые ноты без лишней сладости и перегруза. Хочется вернуться и попробовать остальное.
