Food is good, I just did 4 stars because it's my daughter's favourite and we've over done it. Staff is friendly and service was fast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Paid $60 in the drive-thru, waited 5mins and drove home only to notice my order was missing items. Tried calling them... no answer. Drove back to get my order remade as it was all cold. The Manager (A bald filipino guy) very rudely insisted its my fault without even looking at the receipt that I was charged for 3 routine and only received 2. I told him now all my food is cold and he said "Well thats obvious, of course it will be cold you traveled away". Was very angry and rude. Should not be in management if its the customers fault on something they didnt do or check. As a former employee with A&W for 5 years, this is unacceptable and maybe you should train your employees to a better standard. At least have the decency to apologize and not raise their voice at the customer. Do better A&W Forest Lawn. Just a tip: Do your job correctly the first time and check the bags you are handing out to ensure all items are accounted for! Bingo! No more customers simply wanting what they paid for. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
