'The older gentleman at the register was a bit rude and thinks everyone understands his particular job. It was out first time here and wasn't real sure if a lot of things. And when we asked questions he was rude and answered in a way like we should know the answer. Very unhappy from that point on. We finally get our orders placed and go sit done. It was FREEZING inside the restaurant. And saying 'freezing' is not an understatement. My party (5 people) all had very visible goosebumps. I watched people going to their cars for sweaters and cardigans, and still sat there hugging themselves to get warm. We made 2 orders for food, neither was was correct. Certain family members had to drink water, because of the lack of non-coke products and other choices of no sugar drinks. More than 1 family member. cannot drink coke and cannot have sugar bever ages. Makes for a lot of frustration. However, I DO think you should open an A&W restaurant in the southeast side of Albuquerque. Will we go back? Possibly, if we are in that area again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
