We switched to self-ordering on Friday evening and the burgers seemed less good than usual. The fries were good. It does the job but their prices have increased so much that I don't think I'll go back there. I prefer the other competitors. Food: 3 Service: 3

I came to order three trios and 6 buddy burgers, when I arrived home I realized that I was missing one of the three trios, it was completely ridiculous. I found the additional service when I arrived a family was talking about a problem because there was literally a piece of worms in his burger, he had to take it out of his mouth the cashier just told him "ok I'll tell them to make you a new one" clearly she doesn't understand?? THERE WAS A PIECE OF BROKEN GLASS IN HIS BURGER, I try to reach the store no one answers and the voicemail is full I don't understand how this restaurant works but it's absolutely ridiculous with incompetent employees.
