I visited Abids Restaurant on 15 June 2026 and ordered mutton fry, bhindi fry, roti, and rice for takeaway. After placing my order, I sat and waited. Even after 20 minutes, no one informed me about the status of my order, so I went to ask the person at the cash counter. His response was very disappointing. He said, "Why didn't you remind me? You were just sitting and using your mobile phone. You should come and ask every 5 minutes." I was shocked by this behavior. As a customer, it is not my responsibility to repeatedly remind the staff about an order that has already been placed. Is this the way employees are trained to treat customers? When I reached home and opened the parcel, the experience became even worse. The mutton fry tasted burnt, the rotis were not cooked properly, and the restaurant did not provide even basic items such as a spoon and supra. This was a very disappointing experience in terms of both customer service and food quality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Abids Restaurant and hope the management takes customer complaints seriously and improves its standards. Hyderabadi food. We tried Patthar Ka Gosh, Tahari, and Bagara Rice, and all the dishes were full of rich flavor and perfectly cooked. The Patthar Ka Gosh was tender and well-marinated with authentic spices, while the Tahari tasted fresh and delicious. The Bagara Rice complemented the dishes very well and had a traditional homemade taste. The restaurant has a nice family atmosphere, clean seating, and friendly staff who provide quick service. A great place in Riyadh for anyone craving genuine Indian Hyderabadi cuisine. Highly recommended! I recently had the pleasure of dining at ABIDS Family Restaurant and was truly impressed! The Marag was absolutely delightful—rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. It had that comforting, homestyle taste that instantly wins you over. As for the Chicken Tikka Masala, it was a standout dish. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the masala was creamy with just the right balance of heat and flavor. It paired wonderfully with naan and rice. The presentation, taste, and service were all top-notch. Highly recommend these dishes to anyone looking for authentic and satisfying Hyderabadi cuisine!
