I was extremely nervous about ordering from Ablekitchen given the poor reviews but I can say confidently that they are NOT a scam and they were great to deal with. The prices are awesome. My interaction with a customer rep named Ethan was very positive. His response was quick and he was very courteous. Shipping wasn't fast (it took 10 days for delivery) but that isn't too bad. Everything was packed well. Would definitely order from again.

Their return policy is a joke! They sent the wrong item to me & now I am in the "return review process" REally??? Just send me a return label & refund my money!! I had to send a picture of the item they sent before they would "process the return" THEY sent the wrong item!! Now let my return it. I don't even want the correct item. I want a refund. Not worth dealing with the return policy if they screw up again.
