This restaurant and Paddington Street Garden can be both really attractive for tourists. Dishes of African and Mediterranean cuisines can be ordered at Acacus Libyan Restaurant. At this place, guests may have nicely cooked lamb shanks, couscous and chicken. That's a good idea to order tasty baklava. Delicious mint tea is served at this spot.

My husband and I came from Canada to visit London and were excited to try Acacus Libyan Restaurant, hoping to enjoy food and an atmosphere that reminded us of home. To begin with, the atmosphere did not feel authentically Libyan. The staff, including the chef, did not appear to be Libyan, and Egyptian music was playing instead of Libyan music. While this alone may not be a major issue, we were specifically looking for an experience that reminded us of home. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We waited about 30minutes after ordering without anyone checking on us. When I asked the waiter about the delay, I was told that Rashda takes a long time to prepare. However, after checking again 20 minutes later, I was told that the restaurant did not actually have Rashda and had to order it from somewhere else. The professional approach would have been to inform us from the beginning that the dish was unavailable and ask whether we wanted to wait or choose something else. .When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, the waiter refused to provide any contact information. We came from Canada hoping for a memorable Libyan experience, so this was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. An outstanding dining experience from beginning to end. The food was exceptional — generous portions, incredibly fresh, high-quality meat, and flavours that were simply superb. The shisha was equally impressive, with excellent-quality tobacco and beautifully balanced flavours. What truly made this visit special, however, was the hospitality. Every member of staff was warm, friendly and attentive, but a special mention must go to Mohammad, who was absolutely fantastic. His kindness, professionalism and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Excellent food, outstanding shisha and, above all, exceptional hospitality. A fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend and definitely visit again. Good food, but the service was very slow. We were a party of three, and it didn't seem busy. Apparently, our order was big, even though we only ordered a brunch menu, a pasta dish, and a wrap. This didn't make much sense. The food was good, but the service was exceptional. No service charge, but the prices are higher than they were a year ago, substantially.
