Been in many times. The menu is steady the staff are good. Pretty consistent quality. Lost in the middle of the centre. Parking is easy to get. Price is right for the quality you get.

We have had breakfast at this place a few times and really enjoyed it. We organised to meet up with some friends to have breakfast at Saturday at 930 and we told they only serving coffee, no breakfast. Very annoying especially since we had our toddler and small baby out of the car and our friends that had come from SOR waiting and the weather was poor. Ended up sending our money at Dome instead

I had recently mentioned that I have not been to Mount Hawthorn very often, my last visit was the Leaf & Bean. This time, Ms. D suggested going to Academy and she surprised me, I had not heard of it. Ms. D had been to Academy before and really enjoyed it so I was more than up for trying out somewhere new.
