Been a repeat customer coming here for many years. However, the last two visits were extremely disappointing. The food has not been good, and the service has been even worse! Went in last night with my family and had to wait 15 minutes to get seated (restaurant was not even crowded), waited another 1 hr. 15 mins to get food. Our waitress apologized telling us the food was taking so long because the new POS system was not working correctly. When the food finally arrived, the chile relleno was burnt black! It smelled horrible! Tried to speak to the manager and got ignored. I suggest you stay away because the quality of the food has gone downhill. They need to fire the cook and hire a new manager. After two bad experiences, Acapulco has lost my business for good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
