First time visiting here and it was a weird night. Firstly, we were greeted promptly. Table wasnt ready so we did some wine tasting. There we met Daniel. He was so pleasant, courteous, and a great bartender. So good we bought 3 bottles of wine from him. When we were seated at our table, we waited about 20 min before we got served water. Finally, our server arrived, never got her name. She took our appetizer and drink order. Over 10 min later our drinks finally came. Shortly there after, the app arrived. Our server then took our order. We didnt see her for about 25 - 30 min. Our entres came out and food was delicious. Tasty and perfectly cooked. After a stretch of time, had to order bread from a bus boy as our server was nowhere to be seen. She finally paid us a visit and I ordered a glass of whine. After she bought the wine we didnt see her for a while. Trying to ask for the check, I was scanning the room looking for our server. A manager named Ava noticed me looking around and bought our check. We explained our dissatisfaction to her. She was kind enough to comp 2 of our drinks. Not sure if we will be back here because the food was great, but the service was lacking therefore no stars placed for this category.
