This is the best place near Kuomintang Party History Museum. The menu of Fusion cuisine under the direction of the popular chef is gorgeous here. This restaurant is proud of good filet américain, sea urchin and seafood. Delicious wine is worth a try here.

Great private kitchen experience. The chef is our host, server, gourmet guide all-in-one at weekday lunch. The near 2 hours journey started off with hamachi sashimi, uni french toast and fresh bread made with Taiwanese flour and butter. Followed by Parmesan soufflé, lobster bisque with konbu oil. For main course you have Alaska black cod (local fish not available due to weather) and their signature 14 days dry aged duck breast. The soupy sauce of the cod which is made of fish bone broth and Japanese sake kasu together with the crispy skinned duck breast were the absolute stars of the show. Finishing with a tiramisu using less soaked-texture rich lady fingers. Ad lib kitchen gives you a very well balanced menu, relaxing environment and a great host. Highly recommended restaurant.
