I had an event at this location. Service was top notch. The facility went above and beyond to make sure our event was perfect. Everyone raved about the food. They made us feel very welcome. I would not hesitate to have another event at this location in the future. Service: 5

This isn't your standard franchise hotel, it's way more. The Norwalk Inn is family owned and operated. We loved this place, we stayed for just a night a couple years back and wished we had more time. Be sure to book directly on the hotels website for the best rate, I promise it's better than all the booking sites! We booked one of the suites for the weekend recently and it was amazing! Spacious and clean room with all the comforts of home. Convenient vending and ice machines on the first floor in addition to a very reasonably priced buffet breakfast and an on site restaurant and bar. They also offer room service with a scannable QR code in the room to easily view their menu, The food was great. Every staff member we met was kind and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
