Was visiting from Pakistan. We ordered chelow kebab with rice and Barsherk pilaf with chicken thigh. We really liked the food and service. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a nice and simple place, as in there isn't much to the ambience but the service and food is good. And you can see the kitchen and your food being prepared and plated. One of the best options for Iranian food when you are visiting downtown and Old Tehran. Old Tehran atmosphere with a surprising variety of Iranian cuisine on the menu. The "Tahchin" option for all rice-based foods is amazing. The amount of food offered by each single order is enough for two people, and prices are very reasonable. As I understand the restaurant is only open for lunchtime. I would not recommend the second-floor salon since it is usually too warm and you miss the view of the street but it is quieter and more private than the ground floor.
