need a fast-casual savory snack or meal? Mian Kitchen located in Park Avenue South’s UrbanSpace has you covered. the food stand served up a menu of baos, noodle bowls, and rice bowls. the stand is located toward the center of the food hall. it is well-maintained and looks clean. there’s seating in various parts of UrbanSpace + outside. was in the area and was in the mood for a bit that wasn’t candy or chips—so headed into UrbanSpace and found Mian Kitchen. the bao menu fit exactly what i wanted a sizablea satisfying snack. the Tempura shrimp bao felt like the way to go. waited a few minutes and got my bao to-go. layers of textures of flavors that make this bao so good. the bao is dressed with veggies and spicy mayo. the battered shrimp is crunchy and has the sweet salty notes of shrimps. the soft fluffy chewy bao pulls it altogether nicely. the staff is quick. my bao was packaged up neatly to go.
