Thank you Aether Rooftop Bar for making my visits there always wonderful while I was in Paros! I was able to call and easily make a reservation for the rooftop the same evening. The views are stunning, I had delicious mocktails, excellent shisha. Very smooth. I came back after that, tried their food, a really nice Greek Salad. Again the vibes are right at Aether, very attentive and kind servers. Thanks to the owner and staff who made me feel welcomed when I came in. Love this place! Highly recommend! This was an excellent restaurant experience! Food, staff & atmosphere was great, especially eating lunch on the rooftop with a view. I had the Club sandwich, which normally comes with fries but I sub them out for their homemade potato chips & it did not disappoint!
