At the invitation of my girlfriend, we visited Azul Agave last Thursday, February 8 to celebrate my birthday. The food, service, and place in general were good. The experience, however, was overshadowed by the lack of empathy from the owner of the place and the rest of the employees. Here is a summary of the story: That night when parking, I asked the person who takes care of the cars if there were public parking spaces nearby. The answer was that it is the only place available, but it must be safe. Once we entered the restaurant, we asked the same question to the waitresses who confirmed that it was safe and that they had a designated person for that. The Surprise came at the end of the evening, when the waitress informed us that something had happened to our car. When we got out, we found that the pilot's window had been broken, and some objects stolen. Up to this point, the daily life of this Bogotá overwhelmed by crime. Our nonconformity is born here. When we were notified and left, waitresses and the owner (Tatiana Navarro) of the place came out. But quickly and with a total lack of empathy, Tatiana Navarro (chef and owner) and the rest of the Agave Azul team returned to the establishment and closed the doors (except for a waitress who lent us a broom). No solidarity, no empathy or even some help from the rest of the team, NOTHING! On the contrary, they closed the door with absolute ignorance of what happened, this despite the fact that my girlfriend was very scared. Minutes later, a couple of police officers on motorcycles passed by the place and called the quadrant who arrived minutes later. They told us that it was not an isolated case, that the same thing had happened several times in previous days. And they even have the criminals identified. It is for this reason that I write this review. For those who visit this place, they must be informed of the risk, of which they will NOT be informed. The tranquility that they convey in the restaurant does NOT correspond to the reality of the facts, nor to what the Police say. Be careful, do not go by car, the place is extremely dangerous. Finally, do not expect any humane treatment from Tatiana Navarro (Chef and owner), or her staff. Parking: It is a highly unsafe place. This was corroborated by the Police.
