Besides Chinatown, visit Agnes in the vicinity. Australian food is worth a try here. The hallmark of this restaurant is serving good smoked lamb, quail and prawns. You can share tasty ice cream, crumpets and doughnuts with your friends and have a good time here.
The wine list is extensive, every visitor will find something that satisfies their taste. There is a spectacular ambiance and modern interior design at Agnes. As for the Google rating, this place earned 4.6.

Fantastic restaurant, fabulous staff. Service excellent. Food delicious. Great selection of fine wines. A hidden treasure. I'd definitely go again. Need to book. Soft lighting very cosy. Thank you Agnes restaurant and the staff.

Love, love, love this place from ambience, food and service. The outside was nondescript, but as soon as you open the door, your eyes are treated to this really hip setting— black walls, hanging lamps and an amazing open kitchen. The wait staff knew their stuff and gave very good suggestions. Meals were big and good to share. We were a party of 6. We each had a snack (sourdough crumpet), 4 starters (beef tartare, charred carrots, eggplant and tiger prawns), 3 mains (roasted duck, smoked lamb and wagyu flap), 2 sides (heirloom tomatoes and wood fired cabbage) and 3 desserts (grilled fig—a MUST TRY— soft chocolate and strawberry Mille feuille). Best of all, it didn’t break the budget.
