I am torn between 4 and 5 stars on this property. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfasts ($10 pp/day additional charge) were fantastic and typically Tuscan. The grounds were a little tired, and there are a few inconsistencies in the listing on the agritourismo website. No A/C. Charge for heating fuel(didn't affect us), etc. These need to be cleaned up to set expectations properly. The owner was friendly and attentive during the breakfast hours. Service: 5
