I was very disappointed with the food handling during my visit. I ordered nigiri and maki rolls, but noticed that the chef TOUCHED (using both hands) a co-worker’s SHIRT in a playful way, used the same gloves to handle the containers, and then continued making my orders without changing gloves. The same gloves were used for both the rice and raw fish as well. Since they are handling raw food, I believe they should be extra careful with hygiene and safety practices. I ended up throwing away the food I ordered because I no longer felt it was safe to eat. Please TRAIN your staff properly.
