Very nice tsukemen! The "vending machine" have only one of the options explained in english, but the staff is helpful if you would like to choose something else, and/or add to the order. The option described in english lets you choose 2 (out of 4) different dipping broths after you have placed the order, in addition to the option between cold or hot noodles. And you get a melt in your moth wagyue, sukiyaki style, prepared in front of you. If the broth is too salty for your taste, you can use the provided thermoses in front of you to dillute it. Aidaya’s a bit hidden in an alley, so keep your eyes peeled. I went just before the dinner rush, good timing, because a line formed right after I got there. Order from the ticket machine first, then wait outside until they call you in (only about 9–10 seats inside). I got the Ajitama Tsukemen with two dipping sauces for ¥1,450. There are four broths to pick from: pork bone seafood, garlic soy sauce, prawn, and tandan. They recommended going for the cold noodles with pork bone and garlic, and it was really good, thick, chewy noodles with rich dipping sauces. After finishing the noodles, you can pour hot stock from the kettle into your leftover broth to dilute it and drink as soup, nice touch. Overall, delicious food, friendly staff, and a great experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
