Even though I accidentally spilled my drink, the staff handled the situation in such a kind and professional way. One of them immediately came to clean the table quickly and discreetly, without making me feel embarrassed at all Another staff member kindly prepared a new drink and brought it to my table. This coffee shop is such a calm and cozy place. The barista’s latte art namely " Parkas" I hope I heard and spelled it correctly is truly impressive. The beauty and creativity of the art immediately catch customers’ attention. It makes the whole coffee experience even more enjoyable.
