Restaurant Air レストラン エール Air is a French–Japanese fusion restaurant with a strong focus on seasonal produce and sustainability. It holds a solid Tabelog rating of 3.7. We opted for the chef’s selection menu, around AUD 120, which included eight courses plus complimentary bread and coffee or tea. Every dish was well thought out with a great balance of ingredients and confident execution. Nothing missed. Their signature dish, Air, was especially fun. Served in a wine glass, it was light and refreshing and a perfect way to start the meal. Special mention to the bread. They use Bricolage Bread, served warm, and it was so good we went to the bakery the next day. Service was friendly and attentive, and the location is very convenient.
