Everything about this bar restaurant is lovely, from the ambiance to the service. However, there’s one glaring issue that detracts from the experience: the music. Even after not visiting for 20 months, I was surprised to hear the same jazz CD playing. While the tunes are pleasant initially, for customers spending a few hours or more, it quickly becomes repetitive and, frankly, a bit torturous. I can only imagine how it must feel for the staff, who have to listen to the same set of songs on repeat day after day. This could affect their morale and the overall atmosphere they help create. Variety in the playlist could make a huge difference for both staff and customers, creating a more dynamic and enjoyable environment. In hindsight, I didn't need to frequent this establishment as the usual vida cafe served it's purpose quite fine for years. I was supposed to meet a college at airport craft brewers but unfortunately I could not enter until I placed an order. Meanwhile there are other reputable vendors all over the airport that serve pleasantries and coffee with friendly service and a free seating place without being harrased to place an order first. The disadvantage of your policy is that your customers are forced to receive their meals at different times. No customer appreciates terrible service and to make it worse, having it forced down your throat before you even sit! Surely you can do better. Training is a wonderful thing... Service: 1
