Ajê Bistro bar brings to Belo Horizonte a sophistication that is difficult to find, a very welcoming atmosphere, with few tables but impeccable service and very presentable dishes with incredible flavor! The boss comes to the table to explain the dishes and also get feedback from customers! I really enjoyed the experience, and I was surprised by the quality of the wine list, which harmonized very well with the dishes.
