Customer service amazing. The owner /management bad seems like if he doesn’t like your vibe you are not welcomed. The staff is so welcoming but the owner needs to be better. As it is there was no people . Being a person in charge doesn’t mean to be rude to people whom are spending at your establishment. Be better Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

WORST PLACE EVER TO HAVE A GOOD TIME SINCE I PARKED THE GENERAL MANAGER OR COOWNER WHATEVER HIS FACE IS HAD A MOODY AND ANGRY FACE TOWARDS ME. I WALKED OVER THE STAGE TO TOUCH THE MICROPHONE AND PUT MY PHONE TO CHARGE IN AN OUTLET BY THE STAGE. ALSO BTW I PLACE MY PURSE BY THE POOL AND HE WAS VERY UPSET ABOUT ME BEING BY THE STAGE. NO EMPATHY OR KINDNESS. THEIR STAFF HAVE A SLOGAN ON THEIR SHIRT SAYING BE NICE OR LEAVE. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.
