Japanese cuisine is well-cooked at this restaurant. A lot of reviewers mark that you can order perfectly cooked chicken and tasty sushi here. If you are considering this place, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Anything you are going to eat will be better than this. Salmon not fresh, katsu too oily, miso very diluted (how stingy, it’s MISO), curry is tasteless (it tasted like it was diluted with added flour to make it thicker). Touchscreen was cheap and defective. If you think this is Japanese, you’re a fool.

While some of the options are well priced - eg. lunch special menu items - for our visit the quality of the food received matched the budget. Not great and not to the same standard as the neighbouring Japanese eats. My teriyaki chicken was a little dry and slightly chewy, the crumbed prawn seemed undercooked, the gyoza was okay although not fantastic and pulled a bone from my salmon. Was happy to give it a go but unfortunately won't be returning when there are better options nearby.
