Enjoy 333 Collins Street and visit this restaurant. If you like Japanese cuisine, then Akaiito Restaurant is worth visiting. The truth is that you will really like perfectly cooked tuna tartare, sashimi and tuna tataki. Order good lemon souffles, lemon dessert and chocolate ice cream.

This place offers food delivery for the convenience of its clients. Whiskey lovers will find it delicious. Great chocolate frappe is what may make you return to this spot. The hospitable waitstaff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. If you do not pay much attention to surroundings, dull interior design won't spoil your evening. The exotic ambiance has been highlighed by the visitors. This restaurant scored 4 in the Google rating system.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. We had the 7 course tasting menu that came with multiple sets of Canapés at the start, so it felt more like a 10 course menu, all well paced and utterly delicious. The “Japanese cuisine with French influences” worked very well, even relatively simple elements like the miso brioche were outstanding. Staff was super friendly and we enjoyed meeting some of the kitchen staff who presented and finished some of the dishes at the table. A big Thank You to the entire front of house and back of house team. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$200+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

really strange restaurant experience. Obviously the chefs know how to cook expertly but there were many trivial mistakes, like one course was not correct temp, a couple were underseasoned, the list goes on. Some courses were really high level, better than you'll find almost anywhere (the mackerel and a really interesting dish with toothfish). Place does not pass the "vibe check" for me, first culprit being really bad background music. Pacing was occasionally off kilter. Not really sure who this is meant to be for at this price point, and I wasn't really surprised after eating there that it was so easy to book. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The interior of AKAIITO restaurant is romantic and classy. The staffs were very kind and accommodating. Fine but interesting dining without the pretentious feel. Amazing and warm experience.
