This sushi restaurant delivers a truly high-end dining experience. You can immediately tell that quality is their top priority—the fish is flown in directly from Japan, and it shows in every bite. Everything tasted exceptionally fresh, refined, and beautifully prepared. The menu feels carefully curated, and each dish reflects a deep respect for both ingredients and technique. One standout for me was the black-colored dessert—visually striking and absolutely delicious, a perfect and memorable way to finish the meal. The only downside is the pricing. It’s definitely on the expensive side, which makes it more of a special-occasion place rather than somewhere you’d visit regularly. Today I visited this restaurant not for the first time. It feels like the concept and idea of the place are fully expressed through its interior. The Japanese style, minimalism, and even the chrysanthemums, so loved in the East, create a very cohesive atmosphere. The service felt very attentive, especially towards children. The restaurant is flexible and accommodating, making sure that kids can also eat comfortably and enjoy their meal. The menu is diverse, and everything we tried was truly delicious and fresh. I especially like the sea grapes salad, the miso soup, and all the crab dishes. It is a very pleasant place where everything feels harmonious and consistent with the concept.
