First time in Kulim and booked here because son is getting engaged tomorrow! Love it so far. The place is very quaint and lovely. Kids are totally enjoying it now. Also, has a restaurant in same place. Will know more later. Service: 5

I just celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Akar Lima, and the experience was very disappointing. The food was tasteless, not properly cooked, and even my kids felt it was too spicy. They couldn’t enjoy their meal at all, which really spoiled the celebration. On top of that, the restaurant seemed to have very limited manpower, and there was even a water supply problem. For the price paid, the overall experience was definitely not worth it. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality and service. Service: 1
