The ideal takoyaki is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. ``Dashi Takoyaki'', which can only be ordered in-store, is made by dipping Akashi-yaki in Akashi-yaki-like style using Akari's original dashi soup instead of sauce. This is another surprising flavor, and the compatibility of the takoyaki with its crispy outside and fluffy inside and dashi stock is exquisite. At night, it becomes an izakaya style restaurant, so it is loved by locals. This is a store I would like to visit again.
