Staying at the Mimaru around the corner and was looking for a yakitori place and found Ake on recommendation from the hotel. They have an English menu which is friendly for foreigners, though having some basic Japanese will help. All the food was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere felt very local and inviting. Overall, I was very happy with the whole experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
