We were looking for a nice casual place to dine in Otsu on a Sunday night and stumbled on this gem. The owner also chef ran this charming counter restaurant by himself. I highly recommend the japanese pork steak! It looked simple but the quality was outstanding, the pork steak was so tender, it melted in our mouths. Katsu was yummy but the karaage/fried chicken was also outstanding! Portions are fairly large and we thought we might have difficulties finishing between the two of us.
