Last time I visited the main store, Mr. Akimitsu, so I visited this store this time. However, it was completely different from the main restaurant, and the rice was quite watery, so there was a little bit of oil at the bottom of the bowl instead of the sauce after the meal... The interior design is the same, but it feels more like a bar rather than a tempura bowl, so I can't really recommend it to people who come to eat tempura bowls... The clerks talk a lot in private, and some of them are playing with their smartphones, which is not good for hygiene or for making a good impression. I guess it's because it's called a bar, and it's probably run by young people, but the customer service isn't anything special, and I get the feeling that it's based on the name of a famous restaurant (though this is just my opinion). If you want to pay the same 2,000 yen, I recommend trying Tenya several times or going to another store called Tendonya.
