I heard that there is a restaurant in Niigata where you can eat ``Bolga Rice,'' a local food from Fukui Prefecture, so I came here. Previously, I was on a business trip to Fukui Prefecture for about a month, and I ate it when I was eating around, so I felt nostalgic for Bolga rice and decided to give it a try. The store has a very stylish and relaxing feel. A coffee shop with a good menu. Quite a light meal. Neapolitan, omelet rice, pilaf etc. I thought there was a coffee shop that served it in the past! Bolga rice is a local gourmet Western food menu in Fukui Prefecture, roughly speaking. A cutlet placed on top of omelet rice and topped with sauce. It seems that it is. Cafe Akubi-san is the only official store in Niigata Prefecture of the Japan Borugara Association, which promotes Bolga rice. Omelet rice with ketchup rice inside and demiglace sauce is the best... The eggs in the omelet rice were also creamy. Good scent of demi-glace sauce. Omelette rice with ketchup rice + pork cutlet + demi-glace sauce is an all-star of Western food!! Really delicious!! The demi-glace sauce is dark and fragrant, and has a really nice scent. delicious.
