It's our second time in Valmiera and this restaurant is the only and first choice to have luch or dine. The service is great starting from greeting and welcoming the guests and finishing with extraordinary pavlova desert. The improvizations of non- alkoholic coctails are also great! The season when you visit this place doesn’t matter! “Akustika” always surprises with what is seasonal, with creativity, with experience and knowledge, and excellent taste... I enjoy being there every time... always! The chef and the god of drinks make your taste buds dance... the mood is great when you arrive and also when you leave... You are welcomed and accompanied with a smile when you comes and also goes, but when you leave you get an unforgettable experience as a bonus, which you will remember until the next time... if you ask me, what would this place be called? “food and drink orgasm”!
