Tried Albaraka Mediterranean Market and Grill and had a really good experience. The shawarma was the highlight — well-seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell the meat is fresh and cooked right. Portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic without being overly greasy. Service was friendly and pretty quick, even when they were busy. What a great place. The shawarma is good. Next time, I won't get the platter cuz it just added coleslaw and fries which were not great. Their pita pizzas are awesome. The actual Mediterranean food is fresh and authentic. Price per person: $10–20

Easily one of my favorite places for Arab food in the Raleigh area! The falafel wraps are such a good value for like 7.50 and super filling and delicious. Staff is usually very polite. Good dolmas, good shawarma, good baklava. I wish they had date mammoul but that's okay. I like it better than some of the other local spots. Sometimes the food can take a while but it's just because they get busy because they are beloved.
