The food was good, and the grape leaves were absolutely delicious—definitely the highlight of the meal. The restaurant is spacious and perfect for all kinds of celebrations and gatherings. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the service was fast. We had a great time overall and would happily come back. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I had a really disappointing experience at Al Baylassan. The service was extremely slow and inattentive — we felt completely ignored most of the time. As for the food, it was far below expectations: bland, poorly prepared, and definitely not fresh. Even though the prices aren’t high, it still felt like a waste of money given the overall quality. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all — not even for a quick meal. Definitely a 0-star experience.
