We visited this restaurant expecting a pleasant meal based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. We ordered two orata with vegetables. While one was decent, the other was terribly overcooked, making it nearly impossible to clean or enjoy. The side dish was also lacking in flavor, adding to our overall dissatisfaction. Considering the quality of the food, the price was unreasonably high. We expected much better, especially given the restaurant's reputation. We stayed at Osteria al Corridoio during our holidays. We discovered it by chance while wandering around the streets of Muggia and it was truly a stroke of luck. We were served by a very kind young waitress who showed us the specials of the day. I had spaghetti/tagliolini with seafood and my husband had fish lasagne. Both dishes were delicious and with very fresh ingredients. A delight! The coffee is also superb. We had lunch at a table outside but I could see the inside and I must say that it is a truly welcoming environment with exposed beams. The owner was also very kind and attentive (he brought me a stool so I wouldn't have to put my bag on the ground). We will definitely come back if we visit Muggia again :-)) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
