Honestly, this is one of the best food trucks I've tried in Houston. The food is always fresh, delicious, and full of authentic flavor. Everything is clean and well organized, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out. The customer service is outstanding as well. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they always serve customers with a smile. A special thank you to Zakaria for his warm hospitality and great attitude. He made the experience even better. Fries are good but shawerma could be better. Not sure if the high demand is affecting consistency, but the shawarma seemed under-grilled and overly salty. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

If I could give them 10/5 I would trust me. Let’s start off with the presentation as well, you know what they say “You never get a second chance to make a first impression”. So Al Dimashqi didn’t cheap out on the small stuff which restaurants want to ignore and save money, which is the nice custom boxes they pack your food in, then not using cheap generic plastic bags but utilizing reusable fabric type of bags with their name on it(again presentation and first impression matters) so that gets them my immediate respect. Now let’s come to the food, I ate my chicken shawarma arabi after 25 or so minutes after I got home, the shawarma was STILL Amazing, soft and juicy, the bread/khubz was still soft and not soggy, it had absorbed the juices of the chicken and they grill the bread too. The fries has some sort of seasoning on it and it was very good, I usually skip on the fries but I enjoyed it this time, they aren’t your typical bland fries or frozen. they provided 2 sauces and pickle in seperate small boxes, again the little thing matters, I liked the presentation and care,thought they had for it.These went really well with the shawarma and fries. The pink sauce(dimashqi I think) is really kinda unique and perfect for dipping the shawarma in. Now all I can think is when I go back and what else do I order from the menu. Oh yea the folks serving/working there was kind too, forgot to ask his name but next time I guess. conclusion: 100/10 must try, if you like shawarma or some Mediterranean food because of the taste, presentation and care they work for.
