Inedible food!!! I ordered via Keeta and requested in comments "not spicy" .. it came undercooked and flaming spicy. No help from Keeta side. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1

Very disappointing experience today at Al Fajr Restaurant. I ordered fish fry with rice for lunch, but later I was told there was no fish available, so I had to take a vegetarian meal instead. However, I was still charged the non-vegetarian price, which was completely unfair. The staff behavior was rude, unprofessional, and not customer-friendly. I also have concerns about billing practices, as it felt like customers may be overcharged or money is being handled improperly. The owner should seriously review CCTV footage and monitor operations closely. Hygiene standards were very poor — dirty tables, unwashed plates, and concerns about food freshness and expiry. The environment did not feel clean or healthy. Management needs to improve customer service, staff professionalism, food safety, cleanliness, and billing transparency. Overall, a very bad experience.
