It was our first time at Al forno's, me my husband, youngest daughter and husband with their son and my other 2 grandchildren. We enjoyed our Food with Big Surprises to myself and everyone because the Food that we ordered, like the Pizzas, veggie bruchettas, burgers, Calamari and chips hake, Calamari & salad and a dip sauce that was so delicious. Really we will go Defnitely go back there because the waiter and the one who did stand at the door when we entered was so Polite, Sincere and Helpfull. Service was Xcellent only thing was that I did wait for my Starter because they forgot about it so I had to take it home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Usually I go to Alfornos for pizza and some pasta and USUALLY I have a pleasant experience... however this time things have changed. We (group of 4) decided to have dinner out at alfornos and all 4 ordered pasta. I noticed that our food was taking quite long to arrive to the table even after having a starter! The table who arrived 30 minutes after us received their food first... shortly after my plate of pasta was served then followed by another 20 minutes before the rest of the Table received their food one by one - which made me quite uncomfortable eating alone... The waiters response was that the kitchen only had 1 chef working and that they ran out of plates... besides the long wait some of our pasta plates were waaaay too spicy for an arrabiata; I mean it's a tomato based pasta not a curry; and the al Fredos that was served was bland - 0 flavour or salt what's so ever as well as watery. Passing the kitchen I noticed that the floor and counters of the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. I am more than disappointed with the standard of food and appalled by the cleanliness of the kitchen. Would not recommend the pasta here at all !
